HANDCRAFTED IN THE SHROPSHIRE HILLS

Bespoke furniture, chopping boards and commercial fit-outs, made by hand from fine English timbers.

From a lovingly restored Victorian barn workshop, I work with live edge timbers and rare cuts, sourced from local sawmills, tree surgeons and family-run estates, to create pieces built to last a lifetime.

Chopping Boards

From elegant ash to a massive live-edge oak slab, chosen by chefs including James Martin, each board is one of a kind and cut from timber sourced right here in Shropshire.

New boards are added as timber becomes available; once a piece is gone, it won't come again.

MY mission

is to produce the highest quality furniture that is sustainable not only through material selection, but by creating furniture that lasts and can be passed on through generations.

bespoke commissions

Commissioning a piece of bespoke, handmade furniture is an exciting and engaging process where your ideas are turned into fabulous creations. Regardless of whether you’re planning to commission a single piece of furniture, refurbish an entire room, or fit out a business, from the first sketch to the final polish you will be consulted throughout every stage of the process.

sustainability

As a sustainable business and all of my activities are carried out with careful consideration to the impact that we may have on the environment. Working with wood is a sensitive subject environmentally, but managed correctly it is a uniquely renewable natural resource. I carefully select my suppliers to ensure we are meeting our obligations with regard to the importing and sourcing of timber.
